On April 9, IBGE launches 2030 Agenda and G20 publication, School Geographic Atlas at G20 House in Rio de Janeiro

The IBGE will launch “Creating Synergies between the 2030 Agenda and G20 - Inequalities booklet with first analyses” publication on April 9, at 4 PM, at the G20 House - Casa de Cultura Laura Alvim, in Ipanema, city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
The publication brings a first set of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) indicators of the 2030 Agenda, showing inequalities of income, gender, color or race, age groups, persons with disability and regional inequalities in Brazil, as well as selected SDG indicators for G20 countries.
The event is held in partnership with the Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy, Secretariat of Environment and Sustainability, State Environment Institute, offices from the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro, as well as with G20 Brazil and Rio 2030, fostered by the Sustainable Development Authority of the State of Rio de Janeiro, and will be broadcast through the IBGE Portal and every IBGE social media.
The same event will launch the 9th edition of the School Geographic Atlas, a traditional publication produced by the IBGE and a reference for students, gathering geographic, cartographic and statistical data key for studying and analyzing the socio-political, environmental and economic dimensions of Brazil and the world.
The new edition of the Atlas will have a digital version on the IBGE Portal, allowing to access interactive graphs and maps, links for complementary contents and to search for themes and keywords.
