IBGE releases weekly Schedule for October 27-31

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (27) a new edition of the IBGE Schedule for the week of October 27-31. The document includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).
Since 2024, the IBGE Schedule is released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (27), at 4 pm, representatives of the Presidency participate in the organization of the National Conference of Data Producers and Users.
On Tuesday (28), at 4 pm, a Presidency team participates in a webinar by the Maringá Urban Planning and Research Institute (IPPLAM) - Transforming cities through innovation and data-based management.
On Wednesday (29), at 2 pm, members of the Presidency participate in the IBGE Seminar – Continuous PNAD and the Brazilian experience of measuring labor through digital platforms.
On Thursday (30), at 2 pm, representatives of the Presidency hold a weekly meeting on the Census Operations Schedule.
On Friday (31), all day long, members of the Presidency participate in the International Seminar on Democracy, Territory and Social Transformation.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (27), all day long, a team of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in the 29th Meeting of the Wiesbaden Group on Trade Records, in Johannesburg, South Africa.
On Tuesday (28), at 2 pm, representatives of the Executive Directorate (DE) participate in a lecture of the Division of Human Resources in celebration of the Public Servants' Day.
On Wednesday (29), at 2 pm, members of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participate in the course "The Integration of Statistical and Geospatial Information and its Benefits for Society."
On Thursday (30), at 2 pm, DPE representatives hold a PNS Pilot meeting - Collection of Biological Material.
On Friday (31), at 9 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) team releases the Monthly Continuous National Household Sample Survey.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (27), at 8 am, members of the State Superintendency of Santa Catarina (SES-SC) collect the Continuous National Household Sample Survey (PNADC) in several municipalities.
On Tuesday (28), at 8 am, representatives from the State Superintendency of Pará (SES-PA) travel to collect the Consumer Expenditure Survey (POF).
On Wednesday (29), at 8 am, members of the State Superintendency of Piauí (SES-PI) carry out Structural Surveys for Companies in Piripiri and Piracuruca.
On Thursday (30), at 8:30 am, a team from the State Superintendency of Sergipe (SES-SE) holds a workshop on using SIDRA for officers of the Municipal Work Training Foundation - FUNDAT of the city administration of Aracaju.
On Friday (31), all day long, representatives of the State Superintendency of São Paulo (SES-SP) collect the National Survey of Basic Sanitation (PNSB 2024) in several municipalities.
