IBGE has press conference to assess the actions of the 1st pre-test of the Census of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture

The first pre-test was conducted between December 1st and 12th in four states: Bahia, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and Maranhão.
The main objective of this pre-test is to evaluate aspects related to data collection, such as logistics, methodology, use of the data collection application, questionnaire administration time, and its comprehension by respondents.
The public press conference will be held virtually on December 15th, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Participants from the IBGE will include, in addition to President Marcio Pochmann and the Director of the DPE, Gustavo Junger: Fernando Souza Damasco, General-Coordinator of Census Operations; Vando da Paz Nascimento, Coordinator of Agricultural Statistics; and Juliana Souza de Queiroz, Manager of the Census of Agriculture.
