Data translated into tables and graphs; articles and works of distinguished teachers; and valorization of national arts. These are some of the highlights gathered in the 25th edition of Brazil in Figures, a bilingual publication – Portuguese and English – launched today by the IBGE.
The 464 pages of this work include information and analyses on 22 subjects, like territory, population characteristics, national accounts, agricultural, industrial, trade and services activities, transportation and housing. The book is illustrated with images of art pieces of the Pantanal History Museum, located in Corumbá/MS, which will host the launching ceremony today at 7pm.
