IBGE Minute brings series of programs on reality of women in Brazil

In March, IBGE Minute will dedicate its four editions to themes related to the reality of women in Brazil. Throughout the history of different female characters, the Women in Brazil series shows gender statistics related to issues like schooling, caretaking of children and career. The production of the stories and locutions were made by a exclusively female team of IBGE journalists.
Due to the Carnival, the first show, Women in management positions went out on the air today (1), exceptionally. The futures ones will go live on Mondays.
About IBGE Minute
IBGE Minute is a weekly radio program fully produced by the IBGE and available for free to all broadcasters in Brazil on Mondays, through the National Radio Network. Including data and curiosities, the program shows that the information produced by the IBGE portrays the life of the Brazilian population. The editions of IBGE Minute are also aired in the IBGE News Agency and, in captioned version, on YouTube. All the editions are also shared in all the IBGE social media.
