IBGE makes available Schedule from June 3 to 9

The IBGE Schedule for the week of June 3rd to 9th is now available. The document presents the Institute's activities and includes releases, internal and external meetings, activities and appointments of the Presidency, IBGE Directorates and Advisories, State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).
Since January, the weekly schedule has been published every Monday. The Institute's complete schedule for this week is available on the IBGE Schedule information channel.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (3), at 10 am, a team from Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in a meeting of the Census Planning and General Organization Commission (CPO). At 2 pm, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a meeting with the Collaborating Centers for Support for Monitoring and Management of Educational Programs (Cecampes).
Also on Monday, at 2 pm, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a meeting with the Institute of Urban and Regional Research and Planning at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IPPUR/UFRJ).
On Tuesday (4), at 9 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in the 3rd meeting of the Technical Commission for the Census of Agriculture (CTCA). At the same time, a team from the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participates in a meeting with the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso (MT). At 2 pm, they participate in a meeting with theLand Institute of Mato Grosso (MT), about the ACT Technical Cooperation Agreement with INTERMAT.
Also on Tuesday, at 10 am, at the Social Communication Coordination (CCS), there will be an online conference on the System of Quarterly National Accounts (GDP 1st quarter 2024). At 3 pm, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a meeting with the Technical Group for the Big Data Hub. And, at 4:30 pm, they participate in a meeting with the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) to discuss the Sidra Project (IBGE System of Automatic Retrieval) in Universities.
On Wednesday (5), at 8 am, representatives from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participate in a meeting with the Information Technology Center (CTI), in Brasília. At 10 am, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a meeting with the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) and the Favela Museum. At the same time, at the Social Communication Coordination (CCS), there is an online conference for the Monthly Survey of Industry: Physical Production - Brazil (PIM Brasil), with the reference period of April 2024.
Also on Wednesday, at 2 pm, at the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE), the Competences for Assessment Practices will be launched. At the same time, another team participates in a meeting with the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) on the Program of Population Census for Municipal Management.
On Thursday (6), a team from the DIrectorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in the 2nd Short-Term Analysis Seminar. The event will last all day and will be held at the headquarters of Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). At 10 am, the team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a Workshop on vulnerability to climate change. At 10:30 am, the 8th International Statistics Seminar will take place at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and representatives from ENCE will release the results of a research carried out at ENCE in the area of data analysis. At 2 pm, the team participates in a meeting with the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) to discuss a project on health inequalities and aging.
On Friday (7), at 9 am, a team from the DIrectorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in a meeting on the IBGE and World Bank Partnership.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (3), at the State Superintendency of Alagoas (SES/AL), a team participates in the course on COP30 and 2030 Agenda. The event is scheduled to last all day.
On Tuesday (4), at 10 am, at the State Superintendency of Alagoas (SES/AL), the team participates in the Agricultural Statistics meeting (REAGRO), in Craíbas (AL).
On Thursday (6), at 8 am, State Superintendency of Ceará (SES/CE), a team attends the lecture “IBGE Data on Climate Emergency at EEMTI Antonieta Siqueira”. At 6 pm, at the State Superintendency of São Paulo (SES/SP), the 5th Municipal Conference of the City of Rio Claro (SP) will be held.
