IBGE Schedule for the week of April 21-25 now available

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (21) the schedule for the week of April 21 to 25. This edition includes internal and external meetings, as well as events and appointments from several IBGE areas, from the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, State Superintendencies to the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).

Presidency
On Monday (21), at 10 am, a team from the Presidency will participate in a meeting of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries about the planning of the publication CPLP in Figures - Special Edition.
On Wednesday (22), at 3 pm, representatives of the Presidency will attend a public hearing at the Federal Senate: 8th Extraordinary Meeting of the Commission of Transparency, , Governance, Inspection and Control and Consumer Rights (CTFC).
On Thursday (23), at 9:30 am, members of the Presidency will an online workshop about the 2030 Agenda 2030 to the Federal University of Goiás (UFG).
Directorates and Advisories
On Tuesday (22), at 9 am, representatives of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in a meeting of the UN Workgroup on Workflow 5 on FAIR and reproductibility.
On Wednesday (23), thoughout the day, members of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in an update meeting of the SEEA CF. At 7 am, professors of the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will participate in a meeting of the Cid-Análise PP Project.
On Thursday (24), at 2 pm, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in a meeting about the Brazilian Strategy of Artificial Inteligence (EBIA-IPP). At the same time, professors from ENCE will attend the CBAE Lab Dig launch event.
On Friday (25), at10 am, ENCE members will participate in a meeting of the coordination of the Interinstitutional Cooperation Center for Artificial Intelligence Applied to Public Policies (CIAP/IAPP) with representatives of the Center for Public Policies Studies (NEPP). At 2 pm, professors from ENCE will deliver the lecture AI and PP: ChatPP and Other Innovations. At 3:30 pm, a team from the Executive Directorate (DE) will participate in a meeting about Workforce Measurement (DFT) with a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE).
State Superintendencies
On Tuesday (22), at 8 am, a a team from the IBGE STate Superintendency in Goiás (SES/GO) will conduct a maintenance campaign at the RBMC Stations: MSDR, CORU and MSCG. Throughout the day, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Mato Grosso (SES/MT) will give a training session on the SBTs - module 2 - Territorial BAse for PCTs for the 12th Census of Agriculture.
On Thursday (24), at 8am, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Bahia (SES/BA) will receive a technical visit of the IF-Catu to the IBGE facilities, tide gauge and RBMC stations. At the same time, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Ceará (SES/CE) will give a lecture about gender statistics at Escola Estadual Antonieta Siqueira, a school located in Fortaleza.
