The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (3) a new edition of the IBGE Schedule for the week of February 3-7. The IBGE Schedule brings events, internal and external meetings and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).
For one year, the IBGE weekly schedule has been released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (3), at 3 pm, representatives of the Presidency will meet with a team from the Coordination of Census Operations (GCE).
On Tuesday (4), at 2:30 pm, a team from the Presidency will attend a meeting with the National Union Association ASSIBGE-SN.
On Wednesday (5), at 10 am, members of the Presidency will participate in a meeting to monitor activities of the National Address List for Statistical Purposes (CNEFE).
On Thursday (6), at 2 pm, a team from the Presidency will attend a meeting with representatives of the Coordination General of Census Operations about the schedule of Census Operations.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (3), at 9 am, professors from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will participate in a meeting with the coordination of the project Artificial Intelligence in Public Policies. At 11 am, representatives of the directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in a meeting for technical discussions about the Bank of Brazil and IBGE partnership. At 2 pm, members of the Directorate of Geosciences will attend a meeting with the National Water Agency.
On Tuesday (4), at 11 am, a team from the coordination of Online Services and Experience (CEON) will meet with the Secretary for Institutional Affairs of the Ministry of Planning and budget (MPO). At 2 pm, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will attend a meeting to discuss BRICS.
On Wednesday (5), at 10:30 am, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in a follow up meeting of the GradePop Project - Modelled Population Estimates.
On Thursday (6), at 8 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will be in a meeting on UNTT in scanner data (ADS) for the compilation of CPI. At 10 am, a team from the Executive Directorate (DE) will participate in a hearing with the Labor Prosecutors Office (MPT), in Brasília (DF).
Also on Thursday, at 2 pm, members of the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participate in a meeting of the project ENCE with the Brazilian School for Higher Studies (CBAE/UFRJ). At 3 pm, representatives of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will meet with representatives of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
On Friday (7), at 9 am, professors from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participate in a meeting with the Coordination of the Project Artificial Intelligence in Public Policies.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (3), at 10 am, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Alagoas (SES/AL) will participate in an ordinary meeting between the Office and Heads of Technical and Administrative Sections.
On Wednesday (5), at 10 am, representatives of the IBGE State Superintendency in Bahia (SES/BA) will participate in a national meeting with the coordination of the National Address List for Statistical Purposes (CNEFE).
On Thursday (6), at 2 pm, members of the IBGE State Superintendency in Sergipe (SES/SE) will attend the Seminar for Knowledge Sharing, with the topic: Ergonomics at the Workplace.
