During the pilot test for the 12th Census of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture, enumerators in Irati (PR) learned about the reality of family farming in the region.

The teams visited Faxinal Monjolo, a traditional community in the region, as well as several establishments focused on family-based agricultural production. These visits allowed them to document important aspects of local production and the way of life of the families living in the countryside.

This was the third day of visits during the first week of the operation, and with this, enumerators are expanding the areas already visited and collecting more data that will serve to improve the data collection that will take place in 2027.
