The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (7) the schedule for this week. The document includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).

Presidency

On Monday (7), at 3 pm, a Presidency team participates in the launching of the Slum Studies Center (CEFAVELA), at the Federal University of ABC, in São Paulo (SP).

On Tuesday (8), at 10 am, the Presidency takes part in a workshop of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 18. At 2:30 pm, they participate in a meeting of the Funding and Strategies Thematic Chamber of the National Commission for the SDGs.

Still on Tuesday, at 6 pm, a Presidency team is present in the opening of the I Project Assessment Seminar of the Supporting Program to the Institutional Development of the Single Health System (Proadi-SUS) with the theme "Statistical System and State Strengthening: The Importance of Using Data and Evidencies in the Assessment of Public Policies."

On Wednesday (9), at 9 am, a meeting of the Inter-Agency Experts Group for the Indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (IAEGSDGs) takes place. At 10 am, the seminar "A new governance model for the statistical, geoscientific and data production in Brazil" will be carried out in partnership with th Ministry of Social Security in Brasília (DF).

On Thursday (10), at 9 am, representatives of the Presidency take part in the installation meeting of the Thematic Sectoral Chamber on Data Production and Systematization at the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso. At 11 am, the XXVII On-Line Meeting of the MERCOSUR Expert Meeting on Statistics will take place. At 1 pm, a meetin at the IBGE State Superintendence in Mato Grosso will take place.

On Friday, at 2 pm, a Presidency team participates in a meeting to discuss SDG indicator 17.9.1.

Directorates and Advisories

On Monday (7), during the entire day, a team of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) speaks in the 79th Official Week of Engineering and Agronomy (SOEA). Also during the entire day, the Pilot Test of the Continuous National Household Sample Survey (Continuous PNAD) takes place in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Paraíba (PB), Bahia (BA) and Brasília (DF). A team of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) travels to a botanical collection in São Miguel do Araguaia (GO). At 2 pm, DPE representatives present business surveys and CEMPRE at Contagem City Hall.

Still on Monday, DGC representatives particiapte in the 4th Experts Meeting in Indigenous Theme of the 2022 Population Census, at the headquarters of the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples (Funai) in Brasília (DF). Also during the entire day, a DGC team takes part in the 11th Session of the United Nations Regional Committee on Global Geospatial Information Management for the Americas (UN-GGIM: Americas) and in the Seventh High-Level Forum on UN-GGIM, in Mexico City.

On Tuesday (8), at 9 am, a team of the Executive Directorate (DE) participates in a meetin of the Technical Committee of the Census of Agriculture. At the same time, an ENCE team takes part in the 4th Meeting of the Working Group New Development Index of Basic Education (Ideb) at INEP. During the entire day, a DGC team participates in a meeting at the Federal Supreme Court of the Center of Consensual Solution of Conflicts (NUSOL/STF) related to Ordinary Civil Action no. 3,609 regarding the Bahia/Minas Gerais border.

On Wednesday (9), at 9 am, an ENCE team takes part in meetin at the Ministry of Health of the Supporting Program to the Institutional Development of the Single Health System (Proadi-SUS). At 10 am, the Coordination of Social Communication (CCS) carries out the on-line press release of the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA/INPC).

On Thursday (10), at 10 am, the CCS carries out the on-line press release of the Monthly Survey of Trade (PMC). At 2 pm, ENCE representatives participate in the Seminar to Present Complementary Studies of the Direct Cash in School Program (PDDE).

On Friday (11), at 10 am, the CCS carries out the on-line press release of the Monthly Survey of Services (PMS). At 11 am, DGC representatives take part in a meeting with EG-ISGI representatives. At 2 pm, a DGC team meets representatives of the National Institute of Education Studies and Surveys Anísio Teixeira (INEP).

State Superintendencies

On Monday (7), at 8 am, a team of the State Superintendence of Pará (SES-PA) surveys for the Lolcalization of Schools under the scope of the SPIG-PA.

On Tuesday (8), at 4:20 pm, representatives of the State Superintendence of São Paulo (SES-SP) present the IBGE activities and the IBGE Educa portal at the Idalina Vianna Ferro State School in Bariri (SP).

On Thursday (10), representatives of the State Superintendence of Mato Grosso (SES-MT) participate, at 9 am, in a meeting on the Installation of the Thematic Sectoral Chamber on Data Production and Systematization for the State of Mato Grosso, at the Legislative Assembly.
