Rodrigo Rego, manager for Innovation and Development, was one of the instructors. He said that “it is important for us to be in contact with the users who need our data. That way we can learn what to improve, and what we do well already. The Institute needs to disseminate information in an easy way and the people themselves will pass on that knowledge.”
