IBGE releases Schedule for the week of July 7-11

A new edition of the IBGE Schedule is already available. The document available today (7) includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) for the week of July 7-11.

For one year, the IBGE weekly schedule is released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.

Presidency

On Monday (7), at 3 pm, an IBGE´s Presidency team participates in the weekly meeting of the Coordination General of Census Operations.

On Tuesday (8), at 9 am, representatives of the Presidency take part in the opening of the Integration Program of New Officers (PINS) of the Central Administration. At 10 am, a Presidency´s team meets with representatives of the Management of Institutional Relations and State Superintendencies.

On Wednesday (9), at 9 am, representatives of the Presidency take part in a follow-up meeting of the team of Operational Databases (BDO). At 10 am, a Presidency´s team is present at the follow-up meeting of the activities of the National Address File for Statistical Purposes (CNEFE).

On Thursday (10), at 10 am, a Presidency´s team participates in a meeting with representatives of the National Statistical Office of Portugal, on planning the special edition of the publication Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP) in Figures on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At 11 am, members of the Presidency participate in the Energy Adaptation Climate Meeting.

On Friday (11), at 3 pm, representatives of the Presidency participate in a meeting with the Director of the Department of Fight against Dissertation of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MMA).

Directorates and Advisories

On Monday (7), at 10 am, ENCE teachers participate in an event of the National School of Public Administration (ENAP).

On Tuesday (8), at 8 am, a team of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in a meeting of the GDP of Sea Working Group and Ministry of Tourism. At 10 am, a DPE team participates in a meeting on FAIR Workflow and Reproducibility (UN TT). At the same time, the CCS carries out the press release of the Monthly Survey of Trade (PMC).

Also on Tuesday, at 2 pm, representatives from the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) carry out the course Integration of Geospatial and Statistical Information and its Benefits to Society. At 5 pm, a DPE team participates in a meeting of the Working Group of the Statistical Conference of the Americas (CEA) of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (Eclac), on agricultural statistics.

On Wednesday (9), at 10 am, ENCE teachers are present at the event that will release the book MA at the Secretariat of Evaluation, Information Management and Single Registration (Sagicad). At 2 pm, DGC representatives perform a presentation of the 2022 Census displacement methodology.

On Thursday (10), at 10 am, a DPE team participates in a meeting on Goals of the Climate-Adaptation Plan. At the same time, the CCS carries out the press release of the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA/INPC). At 2 pm, DPE members perform a presentation of the Integrated Diagnosis and Construction of the Interinstitutional Agenda.

On Friday (11), at 10 am, DGC representatives carry out the workshop Board Revision for the National Atlas Milton Santos 2026. At the same time, the CCS carries out the press release of the Monthly Survey of Services (PMS).

Still on Friday, at 1 pm, ENCE teachers take part in an event on BRICS in Fortaleza (CE). At 2 pm, DGC representatives meet with the Management of Favelas and Urban Communities (CGEO/GFCU) and the FCU Brasil team.

State Superintendencies

On Monday (7), at 2 pm, a team of the State Superintendence of São Paulo (SES-SP) participates in a meeting of the Centro + Vivo of the Ferraz de Vasconcelos City Hall to support the development of the Municipal Center.

On Wednesday (9), at 9 am, a team of the State Superintendence of the Federal District (SES-DF) is present in the Student Evaluation Cycle (CAD) at the University of Brasilia (UnB).

On Thursday (10), at 9 am, a team of the State Superintendence of Sergipe (SES-SE) participates in the Ordinary Meeting of the Sergipe River Basin Committee.
