IBGE releases today, February 26, the estimates for per capita nominal household earnings in 2015 for Brazil and its 27 Federation Units, according to data taken from the Continuous National Household Sample Survey (PNAD).  Oh this same date, the released information is being sent to the Brazilian Court of Audit.  These per capita household earnings estimates will be the basis for sharing the State Revenue Sharing Fund (FPE), as stated by Complementary Law no. 143 of July 2013.

Continuous PNAD is a household survey which, every quarter, presents socio-economic information about more than 200,000 housing units, located in more than 3,500 municipalities. 

Household earnings are the sum of the earnings from labor and other sources earned by each resident in the reference month of the interview with all the residents of the housing unit. Per capita household earnings is the ratio between household earnings and total number of residents for each Federation Unit and for Brazil, always taking into account the values expanded by the annual weight of the survey.
