IBGE releases a weekly schedule with activities for September 29th to October 3rd

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (29) the IBGE Schedule for the week of September 29 to October 3. The edition covers internal and external meetings, events, and appointments from various areas of the Institute, including the Presidency, the Directorates and Advisory Boards, the State Superintendencies, and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).
For the past year, the IBGE Agenda has been released every Monday at 9:00 am and includes the calendar for the coming days, starting from the date of publication. See the full IBGE schedule on the information channel IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (29), at 4:00 pm, members of the Presidency will participate in the organization of the National Conference of Data Producers and Users – CONFEST/CONFEGE.
On Tuesday (30), at 11:30 am, the Presidency team will participate in a Webinar: Peer Review Mechanisms in Latin America and the Caribbean.
On Wednesday (1st), at 4:00 pm, representatives of the Presidency will participate in a Working Group on Technological Innovation Policy at the IBGE.
On Thursday (2), at 2:00 pm, the Presidency team will participate in a weekly meeting on the Census Operations Schedule.
On Friday (3), at 3:00 pm, members of the Presidency will participate in a discussion group on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Directorates and Advisory Boards
On Monday (29), representatives from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate all day in the 65th World Congress of the International Statistical Institute (ISI) in The Hague, Netherlands.
On Tuesday (30), at 10:30 am, members of the Executive Directorate (DE) will participate in a meeting with the Technical Committee for the Census of Agriculture.
On Wednesday (1st), at 2 pm, members of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in the course "Integration of Statistical and Geospatial Information and its Benefits for Society."
On Thursday (2), at 10:00 am, the Social Communications Coordination (CCS) team will release the Continuous National Household Sample Survey: Tourism 2024.
On Friday (3), at 2:00 pm, representatives from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will participate in a technical meeting on Social Indicators in SUAS.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (29), at 9:00 am, members of the Alagoas State Superintendency (SES/AL) will host an IBGE Educa workshop at the Neide de Freitas School in Maceió.
On Tuesday (30), at 2:00 pm, representatives from the São Paulo State Superintendency (SES/SP) will participate in the State Agricultural Statistics Meeting (Reagro) via videoconference.
On Wednesday (1st), at 3:00 pm, the Goiás State Superintendency (SES/GO) team will meet with the Federation of Municipalities of Goiás.
On Thursday (2nd), at 9:30 am, representatives from the Bahia State Superintendency (SES/BA) will participate in a meeting with the Ministry of Labor.
On Friday (3rd), at 9:30 am, members of the Mato Grosso State Superintendency (SES/MT) will participate in an IBGE mediator training course.
