A new edition of the IBGE Schedule is already available. The schedule released today (14) includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) for the week of July 14-18.

Since January 2024, the IBGE weekly schedule has been released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete IBGE Schedule for the week.

Presidency

On Monday (14) morning, representatives of the IBGE Presidency, will participate in the Integration Program for new Civil Servants (PINS) at the State Superintendencies in (SES/BA), Amapá (SES/AP) and Rio de Janeiro (SES/RJ). At 3 pm, a team from the Presidency will attend the weekly meeting of the Address Registry Department (GCE) of the General Division for Census Operations. At 4 pm, members of the Presidency will participate in the meeting of the Assessment Committee of Financial and Budget Execution (CAEOF).

On Tuesday (15), throughout the day, a team from the Presidency will participate in the Integration Program for New Civil Servants (PINS) at the State Superintendencies in Santa Catarina (SES/SC), Maranhão (SES/MA), Sergipe (SES/SE) and Pará (SES/PA).

On Wednesday (16), at 9 am, representatives of the presidency will attend a meeting of the UN Working Group on Lessons learned. At 2 pm, a team from the Presidency will meet with the coordinators of Sustainable Development Objectives 12, to discuss responsible consumption and production.

Also on Wednesday, all day long, members of the Presidency will be at the State Superintendencies in Ceará (SES/CE), Piauí (SES/PI) and Rio Grande do Sul (SES/RS), for the Integration Program for New Civil Servants (PINS).

On Thursday (17), at 10 am, representatives from the Presidency will participate in the meeting of the Climate Adaptation Plan. At 4:30 pm, members of the Presidency will attend the event ENCOMEX 2025 - COMEX, with the topic Geopolitics and Economy in Transition.

On Friday (18), at 2 pm, a team from the Presidency will participate in a meeting of the Workgroup on Training for the 12th Census of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture.

Directorates and Advisories

On Monday (14), at 1:30 pm, professors from the National School of Geosciences (ENCE) will participate in the event Application of Games produced by the Statistical Education Extension Project : Statistics as an Aid in the Construction of Critical thinking, at Orlando Villas Boas Municipal School, on Rio de Janeiro (RJ).

On Tuesday (15), at 9 am, representatives of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in a meeting with the National Confederation of Municipalities, about survey planning of the institution about digital transformation. At the same time, professor from ENCE will participate in the ordinary meeting of the Workgroup on Statistical Literacy of the UM Global Network of Institutions for Statistical Training (GIST). At 3 pm, a team from DPE will meet with representatives of UNICEF.

On Wednesday (16), at 8 am, professors from ENCE will be at an event in the United nations Development Program (PNDU). At 9 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in a meeting with representatives of the instituted for Applied Economic Research (IPEA), on SDG 6. At the same time, representatives of DPE will attend the 60th meeting of the workgroup on Culture and Planning of the System of Cultural Information and Indicators (SIIC). At 10 am, a team from DPE will participate in a meeting with the team of the quipe da DPE participa de reunião com equipe da Secretariat for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Policies and Economic Affairs (SMA).

Also on Wednesday, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will be attending the 6th meeting of the Department of Favelas and poor urban Communities (CGEO/GFCU) with the Equipe FCU Brasil.

On Tuesday (17), at 9 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will be discussing the Climate Plan with representatives of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTIC) and, with the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MMA), SDG 10 – Reduce inequalities within and among countries.

On Friday (18), at 11 am, professors from ENCE will participate in a meeting about the Task Team on Scanner Data. At 3 pm, members of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in a management meeting of the geoinformation Integrated Program.

State Superintendencies

On Tuesday (15), at 8 am, a team from the State Superintendency in Bahia (SES/BA) will conduct a Gravimetric Densification Campaign in the west of Bahia. At the same time, representatives of SES/BA will conduct a verification of the Physical Conditions of stations within the Brazilian Geodetic System (SGB) at the RMS.

On Wednesday (16), a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Mato Grosso (SES/MT) will be working on the update of district boundaries.
