IBGE releases Schedule for the week of June 30 - July 04

A new edition of the IBGE Schedule is already available. The document available today (2) includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) for the week of June 30 - July 04.
Since January 2024, the IBGE weekly schedule has been released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (30), at 1 pm, a team from the Presidency will attend an internal meeting about Panels of the System for Data Collection Management Indicators (SIGC), within the 12th Census of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquiculture. At 4 pm, representatives of the Presidency 16h, will have a meeting with the Assessment Committee of Financial and Budget Execution (CAEOF).
On Wednesday (2), at 9 am, members of the Presidency gather with representatives of the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MMA) to discuss Environmental Statistics. At 10 am, a team from the Presidency will participate in a meeting with representatives of the National Statistical Institute of Portugal, about the planning of a Special Edition of the Publication by a Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) on Figures of Sustainable Development Goals (ODS).
On Thursday (3), at 10 am, a team from the Presidency will participate in a meeting about the Adaptation Climate Plan.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (30), representatives of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will be attending, all day long, the BRICS Seminar on Governance and Cultural Exchange Forum 2025, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). At 9 am, a team from DPE will participate in a meeting on poverty with members of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
On Tuesday (1), members of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will present the travel report on their participation in the 3rd Meeting of the Working Group on Agricultural Statistics of the Statistical Commission for the Americas (GTEA-CEA), of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and of the 32nd Session of the Latin American and the Caribbean Commission for Agricultural Statistics (LACCAS), of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
On Tuesday, at 10 am, a team from the Executive Directorate (DE) will be in charge of the IBGE servants training on the Petrvs System. At 2 pm, representatives of the directorate of Geosciences will participate in a meeting about the technical cooperation agreement with the National Sectretariat of the Peripheries, with members of the Ministry of the Cities (MCID).
On wednesday (2), at 9 am, at the Social Communication Division (CCS) there will be an online press conference about the Monthly Survey of Industry: Physical Production - Brazil (PIM-PF). At the same time, professors from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will attend a meeting on Planest IBGE. At 2 pm, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in meetings with all the heads of Sections of Integrated Geoinformation Production in the country.
On Friday (4), at 10 am, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will teach the Workshop on Review of Boards for the Milton Santos National Atlas 2026.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (30), at 9 am, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Mato Grosso do Sul (SES/MS) will give a lecture on the IBGE to students at the 4th grade of primary schooll at SESC.
On Tuesday (1), at 9 am, at the IBGE State Superintendency in Alagoas (SES/AL) new civil servants will be welcomed.
On Saturday (5), representatives of the IBGE State Superintendency in Goiás (SES/GO) will deliver a lecture about the IBGE and its digital tools to students in the school Center for Applied Teaching and Research of the Federal University of Goiás (CEPAE/UFG).
