Guildelines for in-person and remote participation

The IBGE starts today (Jul 29) its Digital Era Conference, at UERJ, scheduled to take place from July 29 to August 2, 2024.
By means of remote participation it will be possible to watch the round table discussions on each day of the event and receive an attendance certificate. Working groups sessions will not be streamed.

For a better experience at the Webex platforms, we make the following recommendations:
• Download Webex at: https://www.webex.com/pt/downloads.html
•Create a log in and password, if you do not have one. IBGE servants must use their institutional log in and password.
• Use, preferably, cable Internet on your computer
• Test your access 30 minutes prior to the meeting
• Use a headphone/earbuds with a microphone
For remote participation use the IBGE Webex platform.
For those who do not need a certificate, the event can be watched at Digital IBGE (ibge.gov.br).

The National Conference of Data Producers and Users will be held from July 29 o August 02, 2024, at the State university of – UERJ (Av. Maracanã, 524 – Rio de Janeiro – RJ). Its main objective is to discuss the risks and opportunities arising from the current governance of the Digital Era, and deal with tbhe consolidation of the National System of Geosciences, Statistics and Data (SINGED).
