The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) made available today (2) the IBGE Schedule for the week of March 2 to 6. The document includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).

Presidency

On Monday (2), at 10 am, representatives of the Presidency will hold a management meeting of the Coordination-General of Census Operations (CGOC).

On Tuesday (3), at 10 am, members of the Presidency will participate in the IBGE International Presence Seminar.

On Wednesday (4), at 9:30 am, the Presidency team will participate in a monitoring meeting of the Operational Database team (BDO).

On Thursday (5), at 3 pm, representatives of the Presidency will participate in the weekly Technical Alignment meeting of the 12th Census of Agriculture.

On Friday (6), all day long, members of the Presidency will participate in the 57th Session of the United Nations Statistical Commission and parallel events.

Directorates and Advisories

On Tuesday (3), at 9 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) team will release the System of Quarterly National Accounts.

On Wednesday (4), all day long, representatives from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in the 1st Forum of the National Cultural Heritage System – SNPC.

On Thursday (5), at 9 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) team will release the Continuous Monthly National Household Sample Survey.

On Friday (6), at 9 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) team will release the Monthly Survey of Industry: Physical Production - Brazil.

State Superintendencies

On Monday (2), at 2 pm, members of the State Superintendency of Goiás (SES/GO) will participate in a meeting of the working group on favelas and urban communities.

On Tuesday (3), all day long, a team from the State Superintendency of Sergipe (SES/SE) collects PNADC data in several municipalities.

On Wednesday (4), at 10 am, representatives of the State Superintendency of the Federal District (SES/DF) will participate in a meeting with the BC100-MG project manager to monitor and update the status of the construction project of the 1:100,000 cartographic base of Minas Gerais by GGC-DF.

On Thursday (5), all day long, members of the São Paulo State Superintendency (SES/SP) collect data for the National Costs Survey and indexes of Civil Construction (SINAPI) and the Monthly Short-Term Economic Surveys in several municipalities.

On Friday (6), at 1:30 pm, representatives of the State Superintendency of Rio Grande do Sul (SES/RS) will collect data for the March´s Systematic Survey of Agricultural Production (LSPA) and for the Municipal Livestock Survey (PPM) in several municipalities.
