The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (9) the IBGE Schedule for the week of June 16-20. The IBGE Schedule brings events, internal and external meetings and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).
For one year, the IBGE weekly schedule is released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (16), all day long, representatives of the Presidency will attend the 73rd Plenary Session of the Conference of European Statisticians, at the Nation Palace, in Geneva, Switzerland. The event is scheduled to take place the entire week.
On Tuesday (17), at 9:30 am, members of the Presidency will meet with Coordinators and Superintendents to discuss intelligence and Governance of official data.
On Wednesday (18), all day long, representatives of the Presidency will be at the 22nd Meeting of the Committee on Statistics of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OCDE/CSSP). At 10 am, a team from the Presidency will participate in the Climate Adaptation Plan.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (16), at 9 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will meet with representatives of the Ministry of Health (MS) to discuss alignment with the National Survey of School Health (PeNSE).
On Tuesday (17), at 9 am, professors from the national School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will participate in a meeting about the Planest Project. At 2 pm, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in a meeting with the Area Council for Environmental Protection (APA) of the Bains of Ribeirões do Gama and Cabeça de Veado.
On Wednesday (18), at 8:30 am, members of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in the Ordinary Meeting of the 2022 Census Technical Committee.
On Friday (20), at 11 am, representatives of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will meet with representatives of the Directing Board of the UN Task Team on Scanner Data.
State Superintendencies
On Monday (16), at 10 am, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Bahia (SES/BA) will make a presentation about the IBGE at the State School Zumbi dos Palmares.
On Tuesday (17), at 9 am, a team from the IBGE State Superintendency in Minas Gerais (SES/MG) will give a lecture about the methodology of identification and mapping of Favelas and Poor Urban Communities at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Minas Gerais (FCU Congonhas - IFMG ONU Habitat).
