Governor Elmano de Freitas participates in opening session of the Triple International Forum on Global South Governance this Wednesday

Representatives of 30 countries will be in Fortaleza, from June 11 to 13, to discuss the relevance of data in the implementation of public policies, during the Triple International Forum on Global South Governance. Governor Elmano de Freitas will participate in the Main Plenary Session, together with representatives of BRICS and other authorities.
The event is organized by the Brazilian Institute of geography and Statistics (IBGE) in cooperation with Ceará State Government, through the Secretariat of Planning and Management (Seplag) and the Ceará Research Institute on Economic Strategy (Ipece). At least 12 delegations have confirmed attendance to the event: Angola, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Mozambique, Russia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay. Besides receiving official delegations, the Triple Forum offers a diverse schedule with more than 100 speakers.
