A new edition of the IBGE Schedule is already available. The document available today (26) includes internal and external meetings, events and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) for the week of May 26-30.
Since January 2024, the IBGE weekly schedule is released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (26), at 4 pm, a team of the IBGE´s Presidency participates in a meeting of the Assessment Committee of Financial and Budget Execution (CAEOF).
On Tuesday (27), at 9 am, representatives of the Presidency and Directorate of Surveys (DPE) take part in the XXVIII On-Line Meeting of the MERCOSUR Expert Meeting on Statistics.
On Wednesday (28), during the entire day, the 3rd National Meeting of Officers (ENS) and the 89th Anniversary of the IBGE, of the IBGE Dialogs, will take place. At 10 am, members of the Presidency participate in the technical visit of the National Statistical Office of Cape Verde (INE Cape Verde).
On Thursday (29), at 9 am, a Presidency team meets with the coordinators of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs).
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (26), at 9 am, a team of the Executive Directorate (DE) will train the State Superintendencies (SESs) in the Integration Program of New Officers (PINS) of the Human Resources (RH). At the same time, ENCE teachers take part in the qualifying jury of CadUnico. At 10 am, members of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participate in a meeting on Inclusive Management of Assorted Teams.
Still on Monday, during the entire day, DGC representatives will be present in the I GENERIS (Research Group on Gender, Sexualities, Reproduction and their Intersectionalities) Meeting. At 2:30 pm, DPE representatives take part in a meeting with representatives do the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) on the Committee of Sectoral Affairs.
On Tuesday (27), at 2 pm, DGC representatives carry out the course The Integration of Geospatial and Statistical Information and its Benefits to Society.
On Wednesday (28), during the entire day, a DPE team participates in a meeting of the Group of Labor and income: Planning of the Thematic Publication of Labor and Income in the 2022 Census. At 9 am, ENCE teachers will be present in the IX International Seminar of Statistics with R, held at the Fluminense Federal University (UFF).
On Thursday (29), at 9 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) will carry out the press release of the Monthly Continuous National Household Sample Survey (Continuous PNAD).
On Friday (20), at 9 am, DGC members will be present in the 1st Seminar on Geographical Names of the Division of Portuguese Language Countries (DPLP) of the United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names (UNGEGN). At the same time, the CCS will carry out the press release of the System of Quarterly National Accounts (SCNT).
Still on Friday, ENCE teachers participate in a meeting with representatives of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
State Superintendencies
On Monday (26), at 2 pm, a team of the State Superintendence of the Federal District (SES-DF) takes part in the Awareness Event for Managers of the Integration Program of New Officers (PINS).
On Wednesday (28), during the entire day, a team of the State Superintendence of Minas Gerais (SES-MG) will carry out an edit training on the Structural Surveys for Enterprises for the branches of the interior of the state.
On Thursday (29), at 9 am, a team of the State Superintendence of Mato Grosso (SES-MT) will visit the Superintendence of Civil Defense.
