The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) released today (5) a new edition of the IBGE Schedule for the week of May 5-9. The IBGE Schedule brings events, internal and external meetings and appointments of the Presidency, Directorates and Advisories, IBGE State Superintendencies and the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).
Since January 2024, the IBGE weekly schedule is released every Monday at 9 am and includes the schedule for the days after the day it is published. Check the complete schedule for this week on channel IBGE Schedule.
Presidency
On Monday (5), at 4 pm, a team of the IBGE´s Presidency participates in a meeting of the Assessment Committee of Financial and Budget Execution (CAEOF).
On Tuesday (6), at 8 am, representatives of the Presidency take part in a meeting of the High-Level Group for Partnership, Coordination and Training in Statistics for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. At 2 pm, a Presidency´s team participates in a discussion on indicator 15.8.1.
On Wednesday (7), at 11 am, representatives of the Presidency take part in the 1st Congress of the National Council of State Planning Secretaries (CONSEPLAN).
On Thursday (8), at 10:30 am, members of the Presidency participate in a meeting on the goals of the Adaptation Climate Plan. At 1 pm, representatives of the Presidency will visit the Integration Center for Research and Development (CIPD) and the Petrobras Research Center (CENPES).
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (5), at 8 am, ENCE teachers will carry out a presentation on the ACT Project (IBGE-Unicamp- UFG cooperation) of Artificial Intelligence and Public Policies in João Pessoa.
On Tuesday (6), at 9:30 am, a team of the Department of Information Dissemination (CDDI/GDI) takes part in a meeting on Petrvs system.
On Wednesday (7), at 8 am, ENCE teachers carry out the Masterclass Infrastructure on the PPA "Improving Municipal Planning." At 8:30 am, representatives of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) take part in an ordinary meeting of the 2022 Census Technical Committee.
Still on Wednesday, at 9:30 am, members of the Executive Directorate (DE) participate in a meeting of the coordinators with the Presidency at Fazenda Palace. At 10 am, the CCS carries out the press release of the Monthly Survey of Industry: Physical Production - Brazil (PIM-PF).
On Thursday (8), at 7 pm, ENCE teachers participate in a meeting of the Cid-PPBE Project.
On Friday (9), at 10 am, the Division of Social Communication (CCS) will carry out the on-line press release of the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA/INPC).
State Superintendencies
On Monday (5), at 2 pm, a team of the State Superintendence of Mato Grosso (SES-MT) carries out a training of the SBTs - module 2 - Territorial Base of PCTs for the 12th Census of Agriculture.
On Tuesday (6), at 10 am, a team of the State Superintendence of Alagoas (SES-AL) will present IBGE Educa in a state school.
On Wednesday (7), during the entire day, officers of the State Superintendence of the Federal District (SES-DF) take part in the 5th edition of the LideraGOV Program for Developing Leaders in the federal public administration.
On Friday (9), at 3 pm, a team of the State Superintendence of Sergipe (SES-SE) participates in the event ECONCINE - Ancestry: a talk on Brazilian native peoples.
