IBGE releases Schedule for weekdays of November 25 to 29

The IBGE Schedule for the week of November 25 to 29 is already available. The edition comprises the internal and external meetings, events, appointments of the IBGE Presidency, Advisories and Directorates, as well as Superintendencies and the National School of Statisitical Sciences (ENCE).
Since January, every Monday at 9 am, the IBGE has been releasing the Institute's Schedule. The complete weekly schedule can be accessed on the IBGE Schedule information channel.
Presidency
On Monday (25), at 9 am, the IBGE Presidency will participate in the opening of the Casa Brasil IBGE SUDENE, in Recife (PE). At 3:30 pm, the Presidency team will participate in the Interinstitutional Dialogues session of the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation, on programs and actions.
On Tuesday (26), at 2 pm, representatives of the Presidency will participate in the panel “New Bases of Contemporary Geopolitics and Solutions for National Development in the Global South”, at the Brazil-China Forum.
Directorates and Advisories
On Monday (25), throughout the day, representatives of the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) will participate in a meeting with representatives of the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) to request clarifications about the Budget and Finance Coordination (COFI). Also throughout the day, members of the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) will participate in the training for the National Infrastructure for Spatial Data (CINDE). At 10 am, the DGC team will participate in a meeting of the IGAC – Brazil Geosciences Project.
On Tuesday (26), at 9 am, the Executive Board (DE) team will participate in a meeting of the Committee for the Census of Agriculture. Throughout the day, the DPE team will be present at the opening of the IV ABEMMI POCKET SUMMIT - Sustainable Global Mobility: The Future of Cities and Corporations, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Meanwhile, the DGC team will be carrying out technological updates on Maxar's ultra-high-resolution imaging services and planning hiring for 2025.
On Wednesday (27), at 9 am, members of the DGC will be present at the presentation of the Sustainable Chains Project for the IBGE.
On Friday (29), at 9 am, the Social Communication Coordination (CCS) will hold an online press conference for the Continuous Monthly National Household Sample Survey (Continous Pnad).
State Superintendencies
On Monday (25), at 9 am, a team from the State Superintendency of Amapá (SES/AP) will give the second class of the Data Workshop - favelas and poor urban communities, at the Federal University of Amapá (UNIFAP). At 3 pm, representatives from the State Superintendency of Bahia (SES/BA) will participate in the panel "Talking to the IBGE", at the Congress of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).
On Tuesday (26), at 8 am, members of the Espírito Santo State Superintendency (SES/ES) will participate in a meeting of the Territorial Bases on Indigenous localities at the Strategic Meeting of the Territorial Structure Coordinations (SBTs) for a critical analysis of the division of the 2022 Population Census and preparation of the 2025 Census of Agriculture.
On Thursday (28), at 2 pm, a team from the Bahia State Superintendency (SES/BA) will present the results of the 2022 Population Census for the municipality of Ouriçangas (BA).
On Friday (29), a team from the Mato Grosso do Sul State Superintendency (SES/MS) will participate in a meeting with representatives from the Mato Grosso do Sul Agriculture and Livestock Federation (FAMASUL).
