Registration for the National Conference of Producers and Users on National Sovereignty in Geosciences, Statistics and Data – Risks and Opportunities for Brazil in the Digital Era remain open until July 20. The event will be held from July 29 to August 02 at the Maracanã campus of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), located in the northern area of Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
For free registration one should fill out a form on the IBGE Virtual Shop, which is accessible from the page of the Conference on the IBGE website. Upon registration, participants will receive a world map with Brazil in the center of the projection and all attendees will receive a certificate. More about the Digital Era Conference
The Conference will gather producers and users of data within the time series of CONFEST (National Statistical Conference) and CONFEGE (National Geographic Conference) and has the objective of discussing risks and opportunities which are a reality in the new Digital Era and of working on the consolidation of the National System of Geosciences, Statistics and Data (SINGED).
