Released today (10), the IBGE Agenda brings the Institute's schedules for the week of June 10th to 16th. The document covers internal and external meetings, events and commitments from different areas of the Institute, from the Presidency, through the IBGE Boards and Advisors, its State Superintendencies, to the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE).

Presidency

At the Presidency, the week begins with a meeting with the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) on the Consumer Expenditure Survey (POF), on Monday (10), at 2 pm.

On Tuesday (11), at 9 am, the Presidency team participates in an internal management meeting of the General Coordination of Census Operations (CGOC). On the same day and time, representatives of the Presidency participate in the Technical Committee of the 12th Census of Agriculture.

On Wednesday (12), at 9 am, the Presidency team participates in an internal meeting to monitor the Operational Database (BDO) team. At 10:15 am, representatives of the Presidency participate in the National Meeting of the Labor Market Observatory Network.

On Thursday (13), at 9 am, the team participates in a videoconference of the Technical Committee of the Project of Reference Centers in Africa. At the same time, a meeting of the Budgetary and Financial Execution Assessment Committee (CAEOF) will be held. On the same day, the XXVI Online Meeting of the Mercosul Specialized Meeting on Statistics (REES-MERCOSUL) takes place, the event is scheduled to last all day.

Directorates and Advisories

On Monday (10), at 7 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys participates in a meeting with the team of developers of the coding system for products. On the same day, the 8th International Conference on Big Data and Data Science for Official Statistics will be held, the event is expected to last all day. At 9 am, representatives from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) will teach a class at the National School of Public Administration (Enap).

Also on Monday, at 3 pm, a team from Coordination of Online Experience and Services (CEON) participates in a meeting with Mercosur statistics experts (REES). At 4pm, the Executive Board (DE) team participates in an internal meeting of the Reception, Integration and Training Committee. Throughout the day, a team from the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participates in an internal meeting about technical training workshops for the acquisition of hydrography.

On Tuesday (11), at 9 am, at the Social Communication Coordination (CDDI/CCS) the online conference of the Extended National Consumer Price Index (IPCA) will take place. At 10 am, a team from the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participates in a meeting about the FOSS4G Event (Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial Information Systems) in Belém (PA). At 11 am, a team from Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participates in a meeting on the Aguascalientes Declaration and the Joint Action Plan. And at 3 pm, they participate in a meeting on the restructuring of the National Cartography Commission (CONCAR).

Also on Tuesday, at 2:30 pm, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in an online meeting with the Brazilian Observatory of Gender Equality and the Ministry of Women. At 3 pm, the team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in the 2nd meeting with the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), to use a remote sensing structure in agricultural statistics. On the same day, the G20 Data Gaps Initiative-3 Global Conference takes place, with the presentation of the energy accounting and participation in the distributive accounting group, the event will last all day.

On Wednesday (12), at 9 am, the team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in the 3rd International Seminar on Genders, Sexualities and Education. At 9 am, at the Social Communication Coordination (CDDI/CCS) the online press conference for the Monthly Survey of Services (PMS) will take place. At 2 pm, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in an internal event at the IBGE Seminar. At the same time, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in the XII National Seminar on the Assessment of Teaching and Research on Urban and Regional Studies, in Brasília.

On Thursday (13), at 7 am, a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in a meeting of the UN Task Team on Scanner Data. At 9 am, at the Social Communication Coordination (CDDI/CCS) the online press conference of the Monthly Survey of Trade (PMC) will take place. At 2 pm, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a meeting on Research on Ageing at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). At 3 pm, a team from the Directorate of Geosciences (DGC) participates in a meeting with the Caatinga Observatory about indicator 15.3.1.

On Friday (14), a team from the Directorate of Surveys (DPE) participates in a meeting of the UN PET Lab, the event is expected to last all day. At 10 am, at the Social Communication Coordination (CDDI/CCS) there will be an event to publicize the 2022 Census: National Address File for Statistical Purposes (CNEFE), in Fortaleza (CE). At 2 pm, a workshop to publicize the 2022 Population Census: National Address File for Statistical Purposes (CNEFE) will be held at the same place. At 3 pm, a team from the National School of Statistical Sciences (ENCE) participates in a meeting on Time Use Survey at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA).

State Superintendencies

On Monday (10), at 10 am, representatives from the State Superintendency of Alagoas (SES/AL) participate in the course on COP30 and 2030 Agenda. On the same day and time, at the State Superintendency of Mato Grosso do Sul (SES/MS), a field activity will be carried out for the Geography course at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS), where students will visit the Agency.

On Tuesday (11), at 9 am, at the State Superintendency of Rondônia (SES/RO) a seminar "2022 CENSUS, results from the municipality of Guajará Mirim" will be held in the auditorium of the Commercial Association of Guajará Mirim. At 7 pm, representatives from the State Superintendency of Mato Grosso do Sul (SES/MS) will give a lecture on the IBGE to 1st year Geography students at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS). At the State Superintendency of São Paulo (SES/SP) there will be training for updating and capacity-building in matters related to the Census Mapping, the event will last all day.

On Wednesday (12), at 10 am, at the Sergipe State Superintendency (SES/SE) there will be a meeting on the review of municipal borders at Palácio dos Despachos. At 3 pm, at the State Superintendency of Rondônia (SES/RO), a meeting will take place with the Postgraduate and Master's Program in Agribusiness about the IBGE agricultural surveys, coffee and cocoa production, at the Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR).

On Thursday (13), at 10 am, the team from the Sergipe State Superintendency (SES/SE) participates in an extension course on Workforce Dimensioning. At 2 pm, at the Espírito Santo State Superintendency (SES/ES), an online meeting of Agricultural Statistics (REAGRO) will take place, with the presentation of data from the annual surveys. Throughout the day, the São Paulo State Superintendency team (SES/SP) participates in the 1st Municipal Conference of the City of Taubaté.

On Friday (14), at 9 am, at the State Superintendency of Mato Grosso do Sul (SES/MS) an event will be held to celebrate IBGE's anniversary and those honored for service length at the headquarters of the IBGE MS Superintendency. On the same day and time, at the Pará State Superintendency (SES/PA), in-person training takes place: to reinforce concepts and give guidance for agency interviewers. At 2 pm, at the State Superintendency of Ceará (SES/CE) there will be a workshop on SIDRA database and presentation of the 2022 Census Overview at the Banco do Nordeste (Northeast Bank).
