The other positive figures came from services rendered to families (2.0%) and other services (2.5%), mainly explained by the increase in the revenue from enterprises in the hotel sector and catering and other services of prepared food, in the former sector; and administration of stock exchange and counter market, and activities of fund administration through contract or commission, in the latter.

Conversely, the only negative influence this month was the sector of professional, administrative and complementary services (-0.2%), pressed, to a large extent, by the drop in the revenue of charging activities and registry information, cash transportation, engineering services, advisory and technical consultation in professional areas, and surveillance activities and private security.

In the cumulative index in the year, over the same period in the previous year, the services sector negatively changed 0.2%, with a retreat in three out of the five activities and in 56.6% of the 166 types of services surveyed.
